WELCOME to my video page. I hope these short, sweet yoga and movement sequences help you begin your day with intention, and  the feeling of being wholly embodied.  All videos are between 10-12 minutes and a good way of using them is to move with the video two or three times- that way you will get familiar with the sequencing as you build up to a 20 or 30 minute practice.
