New Yoga Class!

On Mondays at 4:30-5:45.

This class is designed to boost your vitality AND usher you into a strong, settled, graceful state of body and mind.

For the first 10 minutes of class you will be guided in some dance/move and groove movements to loosen you up and shake off the day. (I've got some great playlists made up).

Then we transition into a deep, slow fluid yoga practice which is best described as moderate/gentle. ( Appropriate for those new or newer to yoga and good for this with experience. All levels welcome.) And, like all yoga classes, we end with a profoundly restorative final relaxation which will have elements of of Yoga Nidra in it.
