"Donna is a radiant human being and teacher. I have observed her in her work for years and she embodies a beautiful balance of compassion, clarity, intelligence and enthusiasm. It is readily apparent that her wisdom was absorbed through experience as well as in depth study and discernment."
- Stephanie Pappas, SEP, LMT, Founder of Devalila Yoga Teacher Training
MEET DONNA
During the course of my work as a clinical social worker (MSW,LCSW) in the mental health field, I was drawn to the practical wisdom from yoga sciences, mindfulness meditation and behavioral science-- all of which became a strong foundation in my personal and professional life.

I have worked in nonprofit, corporate, educational and healthcare settings, offering skills- based guidance and training that helps clients live and work well. Much of my work has been aimed at offering therapeutic tools to people prone to high distractibility and acute, or chronic, anxiety. The tools I offer help clients detangle from ingrained habits that lock them into behaviors that can negatively interfere with how they go about life and engaging with others, whether at work or at home.

In 2021 I created the Sparks In Action Podcast with the mission to inspire, inform and uplift listeners by brining on guests whose innovative work and actions contribute to our collective well-being. In addition to the interviews I offer episodes titled: The Toolkit Series which offers you practical and actionable tools to help you negotiate life's challenges with greater confidence and ease. Be sure to add Sparks In Action to your listening life. On Spotify, Apple Podcasts and more- of course you can also access it right here on my site.
